This is the second time you have done some work for me and I would like to say that I am pleased with the way you handled both jobs. You took time initially measuring up especially on the last job and came a second time to check your measurements. You were happy to provide a second quote after I changed my mind over the type of material I wanted to use. Due to the current Covid restrictions you and your colleague were courteous and careful around me and when you needed to come into the house, wore masks and sanitised everything you touched as requested. On completion of the work, you cleared up and removed all the waste materials. I should say that you aren’t exactly the cheapest of companies but you get what you pay for! I will certainly keep you in mind for any future work and have no hesitation in recommending KJM Carpentry to friends and family’.
